The system will automatically bill your customer’s card (optional email prior notification included) and allow accounts to be canceled or updated online. An automatic cancellation feature is included for non-payment after a configured amount of days past the due date. This module is excellent for subscription based sites.

This module also has an easy-to-use interface to allow you to:

• Manage your bills.
• Quickly see which customers are due today, next week, or in any date range you specify.
• Easily list all your overdue customers or update a customer’s next due date or recurring amount!
• Income projection! Easily see how much income you should expect to make in a set time frame.

  Easily manage your inventory and assign different recurring schedules and prices.
• Lead Time Manager
  Products can have a free “lead time” which you can use for free trials, or lead time before billing should begin (for example, you sell an application which takes 2 days to set up, they will have a 2 day lead time that is unbilled)
• Set-Up Fee Manager
  Each product can be configured to have a setup fee.
• Notification Manager
  Each product can be configured for the number of days before the due date to send a payment notification email.
• Cancellation Tools
  Each product can be configured for the number of days after failed payments to cancel the bill. Additionally, you can define cancellation events - such as deleting an account from a database when canceled.
