Our Updates program allows you, for an annual fee, to maintain technological pace for your e-business solution. Program participation must be obtained at time of purchase and maintained to receive the latest features for your product. Updates are typically provided 4 times a year. We offer you this valuable service to ensure that you will always have the competitive advantage and technical advances needed for your e-business solution. Server-side products, such as Heavy Metal, do not allow for the opportunity to be shipped in a boxed desktop version. Our engineers must manually install and verify each product prior to your use. We created the KIC Updates Program to provide you: - Greater value by ensuring all upgrades and patches are seamlessly installed on your system by an MAS engineer.
