Our Priority Email, Toll Free Telephone Support, and Support Packages are available for you to have immediate and personal interaction with Make-a-Store, Inc. We provide this support in order to help you quickly grasp an idea or find a solution to your need.

Support Packages consist of both Priority Email Support and Toll Free Telephone Support. Support begins on date of purchase.

General Toll Free Telephone Support is based on per incident, not per call. This means that you may have more then one telephone call to resolve a specific incident.

Priority Email response rate is currently within 24 hours of receipt.

Standard Email response rate is generally within 2-3 business days.
