Typically, offline payment transactions occur in the following manner:

  1. An email notification is sent to you for each order
  2. A customizable invoice is emailed to your customer.
  3. Throughout the business day, you login to your secure Online Administration System (Wizard Toolkit).
  4. Using the Order Manager, you can download and process your orders in a number of formats optimized for popular third party business applications.
  5. Either manually update each order in your secure Online Administration System, or upload the exported data file from your third party business application to automate the process.

Order Tracking information and email notifications can be sent out to your customers through your secure Online Administration System.
