How long does it take to be accepted or declined?
We review new applications each weekday. If your application is approved, you will receive an approval email no more than 48 hours after your application submission, unless you submit on Friday evening (E.S.T.). If your application is rejected, you will receive a rejection email within the same time frame. If your website is under construction, or if we have questions before approving your application, we will be in touch within 48 hours after your application is submitted. We will not keep applications pending for longer than two weeks. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO USE AN ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR APPLICATION, and it will help to add our email address to your Address Book: resellers@make-a-store.com. Top
How does Make-a-Store qualify applicants in order to prevent fraud in your program?
Although it is impossible to guarantee a 100% fraud-free system, we pride ourselves in making every effort to maintain a clean program. Among other things, our application requires accurate personal contact information for each applicant. We verify applications using WHOIS and other online resources before approving any application. Our Reseller Team is dedicated to running a fair program for all of our members. Top

If you need separate records for your businesses, it is best to fill out separate applications for each of your businesses. Top

How often do you pay Resellers?
We pay Resellers on a new customer order by applying an immediate discount on the order. We discount our products and allow you to charge your customers retail price plus your value added services. We then run reports on a monthly basis on your existing referrals/clients, and give you a 2% commission on those existing clients only. We pay out every month when you are owed $50 USD or more. If you are owed less than $50 USD, then we rollover your accumulated commissions to the following month and repeat the process. We also pay our Affiliates. Learn more about our Affiliate Program. Top
