How does it work?

Option 1. Flat File Management

• $50 USD/month Divinity App Fee + 
• $500 (1-time fee, includes: app license fee, set-up, and deployment for most systems*)

*NOTE: We will need to examine your data files prior to committing to this 1-time fee. Upon completion of our examination of your data files, we will confirm if additional work is required to integrate your Tech Data account into our system.

Typical Tech Data Drop Shipper Shopping Cart Workflow

1. Your Tech Data drop shipper representative has given you .csv or flat files which contains their entire inventory for you to sell in your shopping cart solution.
2. You may want to sell all items or a select number of items from your Tech Data drop shipper account.
3. Our team, during your set-up, will create filters so only the items you want to sell are imported into your Divinity ecommerce system, along with the associated default category mapping.  
4.  Depending upon the material your Tech Data drop shipper account provides to you (images, item descriptions, etc), everything will automatically be available in your e-commerce browser-based back-office to edit and manage.
5. After configuring and customizing your storefront, your customers simply shop, place orders and make payments to your Divinity powered ecommerce website, which is deposited directly to your merchant account.
6. You batch download the orders from your Divinity shopping cart software and send them to your Tech Data drop shipper account representative for fulfillment.  
7. We also provide your Tech Data drop shipper representative with their own control panel to login and update order status as well as provide tracking numbers, if they provide you with this service.

Tech Data Enhanced Selling with Etilize Information Management

1. Your Tech Data drop shipper representative has given you .csv or flat files which contains their entire inventory for you to sell in your shopping cart solution.
2. Etilize has provided you with rich content for your Tech Data products, which could include: zoomable and high resolution images, marketing descriptions, technical specifications, detailed attributes, 3-D demonstrations, and assembly/product manuals.
3. You may want to sell all items or a select number of items from your Tech Data drop shipper account. Our team will integrate the data from Etilize and Tech Data within your Divinity powered storefront.
4. Our team, during your set-up, will create filters so only the items you want to sell are imported into your Divinity ecommerce system, along with the associated default category mapping.  
5.  Depending upon the material your Tech Data drop shipper account and Etilize account provide to you (images, item descriptions, etc), everything will automatically be available in your e-commerce browser-based back-office to edit and manage.

Option 2. API Automated Management (Call for Quote)

Some drop shippers and fulfillment centers allow their client’s ecommerce or shopping cart software direct integration into their order management system. If your drop shipper or fulfillment center permits this type of integration, we can automate your entire ecommerce solution. You will be able to:

• Automatically send new orders directly to the drop shipper / fulfillment center for fulfillment;
• Automatically receive order status and tracking information;
• Automatically reflect inventory status;
• Automatically support any function or feature from the drop shipper or fulfillment center;
