Welcome to the Divinity Shopping Cart Documentation Wiki

The documentation is organized into individual guidebooks designed for specific users.
- Administrator
- This Administrator Guide is geared towards helping you perform the tasks that are associated with the role of administrator, e.g., site settings, user management, and overall setup.
- Webmaster
- This Webmaster Guide is geared towards helping you perform the tasks that are associated with the role of webmaster, e.g., article management, and custom themes.
- Inventory / Catalog Manager
- This Inventory/Catalog Manager Guide is geared towards helping you perform the tasks that are associated with the role of inventory/catalog manager, e.g., creating categories, and creating new items.
- Customer Service / Sale Representative
- This Customer Service / Sales Guide is geared towards helping you perform the tasks that are associated with the role of customer service / sales, e.g., order handling, and customer management.
- Shipping / Warehouse
- This Shipping / Warehouse Guide is geared towards helping you perform the tasks that are associated with the role of shipping / warehouse, e.g., order processing, shipping, and receiving inventory.

Getting Started
Logging In
- Start your browser software (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox).
- Go to the following URL replacing YourName.com with the appropriate domain name
https://www.YourName.com/index.php?type=toolkit
or the sub domain for free users / non-live domain paid customershttps://YourName.make-a-store.com/index.php?type=toolkit
. - You should see the Divinity Administration Toolkit Login Screen.
- Enter the username and password provided from your welcome email.
- Click Login and you will now be signed in.
Setup Wizard
When you log into the toolkit for the first time you will have to complete the setup wizard. The setup wizard guides you through some basic information needed to finish the intial setup of your store.
Step 1: Admin Password
Please enter a password for your site's administrator account. Use a combination of numbers and letters with a minimum length of six characters. Re-enter password again to confirm in the next box.
Step 2: Site Info
Enter the name and main email address of your store. By default all important system notices will go to this address.
Step 3: Contact Info
Enter your main contact telephone number.
Next, if you will be providing technical support and/or customer support over the phone, enter that number.
Next, if you will be providing billing support over the phone, enter that number.
Finally, if your support, return, packing slip, or invoice address is different from your store address, uncheck the corresponding box and enter the different address there.
Step 4: Store Hours
Select the time zone of your location.
Next, if you have a physical store uncheck the Does Not Apply and configure the hours that you are open.
Next, if you are providing phone support uncheck the Does Not Apply and configure the hours that you have phone support.
Finally, if you are providing online support uncheck the Does Not Apply and configure the hours that you have online support.
Step 5: Completion
Congratulations you have completed all steps to configure your site.
To fine-tune your store, click on the "Finish" button, and you will be redirected to the Configuration page.
